Story
Meet Fatime.
A single mother of four, caregiver to her aging grandmother and widowed mother, and mother to a young son who is deaf. She’s done everything she can to hold her family together — and now, she’s ready to stand on her own feet.
Fatime wants to open a small food stall — what many in Kenya affectionately call a “mama ntilie”. It’s her way of creating steady income, feeding her community, and most importantly, caring for her family with dignity.
